Shipping

We will ship your order ASAP after payment has been received (unless you have an approved account). Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.  All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery of all items. (North Island 1-2 working days for delivery and South Island 2-3 working days for delivery.)  Rural may also take an additional day for delivery.

Courier costs vary depending on your location as to where the parcel is being delivered to. Larger orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as they may be appropriate.

Rural delivery address will have an additional charge of $6.50 on top of the standard courier fee.

All shipments are tracked and traced and you will receive a confirmation email from Go Sweet Spot with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to sign for the shipment at the delivery address you have provided. We can not deliver via courier to a PO Box.

You must inform us within two working days of receiving your order if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and resolve the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.  Goods that have been short shipped from the packing slip, you will need to inform us of two working days of receiving your order and quote your order number in correspondence to [email protected]

Currently we do not offer shipping International due to hazardous and flammable goods restrictions including all nail polish, gels etc,
